Kyle Rhodes

Managing Partner

Kyle Rhodes is a proven leader and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the staffing and placement industry. Well versed in all aspects of staffing operations and production.

He founded and propelled a previous healthcare staffing agency, Focus Staff, to being named one of the fastest growing Staffing firms nationally by SIA, and one of the fastest growing firms by SMU Cox School of Business.

Through all of his business ventures, Kyle has been dedicated to growth, adventure, people, and having a great time while doing it all.

When Kyle isn’t working, you’ll likely find him with his wife-at his children’s sporting events on the weekends. He also is an avid tennis player, mountain biker, skiier, and overall fitness enthusiast.

Tom Florence

Managing Partner

With more than 25 years of experience in healthcare staffing and recruiting, Tom Florence brings a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and creating long-standing client partnerships.

As a senior leader at a well-known national staffing company in the U.S. and a recognized leader in physician search and consulting, he helped drive the company’s growth and strengthen its presence in the healthcare industry. The organization focused on recruiting physicians and advanced practice providers, and under his guidance, it continued to build trusted relationships and deliver top-quality staffing solutions nationwide.

Known for a relationship-first approach and a relentless focus on results, he has helped healthcare organizations of all sizes solve their most pressing staffing challenges while fostering trust, integrity, and long-term collaboration.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys traveling with family, and championing health & wellness as a personal passion.

Dustin Winters

Managing Partner

Dustin Winters is a strategic executive and divisional leader with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, operational transformation, and the development of high-performing teams across healthcare staffing and diverse business environments.
Dustin has led large-scale recruitment operations, built market-expanding strategies, and empowered teams to achieve record-breaking results in both top-line growth and customer satisfaction. Dustin’s leadership philosophy is rooted in three pillars: clarity, collaboration, and accountability — ensuring every initiative aligns with organizational goals and elevates team success.
Outside of work, Dustin enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his family. He is also a dedicated fitness enthusiast and maintains an active training routine, typically working out four to five days per week.
