- No employee status, specialty, or department restrictions — if you know a great dentist, you're eligible to refer them.
Licensed Dentists
- Must meet our credentialing and placement requirements.
- Must be new to our database, with no active contact from our recruiters in the past 12 months.

Five rules govern every referral, from what counts as "qualified" to how ties are broken.
Qualified Referral
The referred provider must be fully credentialed, accepted for assignment, and work a minimum of 20 shifts within 12 months of their start date.
Payment Process
Your bonus is processed in the next payroll or accounts payable cycle after the 20th completed shift is verified.
Multiple Referrals
You can earn multiple bonuses — there's no cap on the number of referrals you can submit.
Tie-Breaker
If more than one person refers the same candidate, the first referral received by our recruiting team (by date/time stamp) is the valid referrer.
Exclusions
Self-referrals are not eligible. Recruiting staff and hiring decision-makers for the referred provider are not eligible for bonus payout.
